An exact replica of the Anne Frank House is set to open Monday in New York City, coinciding with Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Anne’s diary, translated into 70 languages and with over 30 million copies sold, serves as a powerful testament to the Holocaust.
Beyond the secret door concealed behind a bookcase, visitors will find two tiny bedrooms, including the desk where Anne wrote about life in the cramped Amsterdam attic while hiding from the Nazis. Even those who have toured the original house will gain new insights into her story at this exhibit.

Spanning more than 40 acres in Dover Plains, the nonprofit Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue is a place of strength and healing.
Home to 50 horses rescued from neglect and abuse, the sanctuary provides lifelong care for animals with unique needs.
"We welcome the horses that are missing eyes, the ones with broken legs—we welcome the broken horses," said Executive Director Deanna Hearn. "We're unique in that we're a sanctuary; we don’t adopt them out."
Visitors can book a tour for a behind-the-scenes look at the stables, where they'll meet the horses and learn about the daily care, programs, and dedication that keep the sanctuary running.
